The Clinic Bondi is a leading online retailer and skincare clinic specialising in high-quality skincare products and treatments. We are passionate about helping our customers achieve their skincare goals and are committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience.
**Role**:
As a Front of House/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Your role will include managing appointments, handling client inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. There may also be opportunities for holiday cover as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
- Handle inquiries about our services and products.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum availability of 3 days per week (Monday, Friday, and Saturday), with potential for additional hours during holiday cover.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Immaculate presentation, with a professional appearance and grooming.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tertiary education completed or currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare) is a plus.
- Working Holiday Visas (WHV) are accepted.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
