**What you’ll be doing**

In this People & Culture Consultant graduate position, you will play the unique role of working directly with the CPO, the People & Culture team and the Talent team, supporting all facets of people-related matters across several business units. Atturra is growing and this is an exciting time to join and learn from a capable People & Culture & Talent team. You will be empowered and supported to make a meaningful impact on the professional lives of our people while you grow your career.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the CPO, People & Culture and Talent team members and the finance team
- Learning about and supporting all employment lifecycle steps - hiring, contract management, on-boarding, employee support, culture-building, performance management and off-boarding;
- Reporting activity relating to Atturra people statistics including data entry, but also data analysis and reporting
- HR Admin relating to our new HR Information system SuccessFactors;
- Assist with developing and embedding HR policies and procedures including feedback/review process, salary review process and banding;
- Keep up to date with IR and WHS legislation changes to ensure compliance and provide updates to relevant parties;
- Contribute to our Diversity and Inclusion programs;
- Produce reports & presentations;
- Administrative duties

**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Well versed in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Exposure to HR & Talent systems such as SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and JobAdder CRM desirable
- Natural curiosity to learn and a genuine passion for the technology industry
- Fantastic presentation skills
- An excellent communicator, with exceptional written & verbal skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
