**The Opportunity**
We are on the lookout for an ambitious graduate wanting to kickstart their career in all things 'people'
This role will be a key support to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner and will assist the agency's 'invent better' philosophy through delivery of effective and evolving people practices. You will have invaluable opportunity to interact with all levels of the business, maintaining and developing HR practices, contributing to projects and driving cultural / team initiatives.

**What you'll be working on**:
- Onboarding & off-boarding, inductions, probation processes, HRIS workflows, WHS, Reward & Recognition and Performance Management.
- Planning, implementation and coordination of key projects such as wellbeing, employee voice survey and EVP.
- Assisting with reporting of key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting and attending in-house Learning & Development training sessions.
- Contributing to staff initiatives and events to boost engagement.
- Assisting with internal communications and office administration.

- Recent or impending HR (or related) qualification
- A willingness to learn and get involved
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability of working within a team
- Excellent attention to detail
