**About the client**:
The Australian Packaging Covenant of Australia (APCO) is a co-regulatory, not-for-profit organisation partnering with governments and industries to reduce the environmental impact of packaging.

APCO aims to change the culture of business and educate consumers through the implementation of unique partnerships, projects, and programs and the subsequent promotion of sustainable packaging activities including sustainable design, recycling initiatives, waste to landfill reduction, and circular economy.

**About the role**:
The Graduate Sustainability Packaging Administrator provides administration and coordination support to the Sustainable Packaging Manager to assist with the delivery of projects.

You will have a passion and interest in sustainability and saving the planet. Your can-do attitude, strong administration skills, and attention to detail will see you prioritise your busy workload to manage competing demands and deadlines. You are particularly IT savvy and hungry to learn and test new systems.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide technical support and testing including ongoing maintenance, operations, and version upgrades
- Conduct research, analysis, and present findings
- Assist the Sustainable Packaging Manager and external consultants in the development of member training and education
- Support the general administration and internal coordination of project plans and activities
- Assist with stakeholder inquiries
- Provide administrative support for a variety of projects related to packaging
- Coordinate documents, set up meetings, review documents and support events

**To be successful you will have**:

- A tertiary degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Food Science or Packaging Technology.
- Competent IT skills with expertise in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills to support the delivery of projects and programs
- Solid stakeholder engagement relationship management skills
- A can-do attitude, problem solver, and team member skills
