**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for a P&C Graduate to join our team for a 9 month contract. The position will provide administrative support across the P&C Organisational Effectiveness and Systems teams to ensure the smooth operation of capability offerings and systems support from the business.

This role can be based from any of our east coast offices with flexible work from home options on offer.

We are also flexible with hours so if you are looking for full time permanent Monday to Friday or a 4 day week, to fit in with your study schedule we are happy to fit in with you.

Training available, if you have solid computer skills, good attention to detail, organisational skill, the ability to work on multiple activities and the keenness to learn and develop we want to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide support for the delivery of our capability programs including managing learning content in our system, looking after registrations for events, liaising with facilitators, booking venues and support to our participants.
- Administrative support with raising purchase orders, payment of invoices.
- Coordination of surveys to review feedback regarding our capability offerings.
- Support with people systems, data analysis and reporting for our performance and development and talent people processes.

**About you**:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite particularly in Excel.
- Adaptive to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
