Location Brisbane, Queensland - Category Operations IDEXX is seeking an experienced and proactive **Regional Facilities Manager** to oversee our state-of-the-art, custom-designed laboratory in Brisbane and manage facilities across Australia, New Zealand and the broader Asia pacific region. This is a pivotal role that ensures our infrastructure, services, and operations support the evolving needs of our business and teams. **What You’ll Be Driving**: - ** Facility Excellence**: Ensure our offices, laboratories, and distribution centre's across ANZ are operating at peak performance. - ** Operational Leadership**: Take charge of work orders, preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, procurement, and service agreements — keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. - ** Project Involvement**: Play a key role in regional initiatives and lend your expertise to global projects that shape the future of IDEXX. - ** Subject Matter Expertise**: Be the go-to authority on facilities systems, equipment maintenance, safety standards, building codes, hazard management, and commissioning processes. **What you will need to succeed** - 5+ years of related experience - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple facilities across different locations remotely. - Strong project/program management skills with knowledge in use of project management tools. - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, customers, vendors, and staff. - Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarms, Sprinkler systems, Generators, Lab Equipment - Building automation systems and asset management experience desired. - Must be "hands-on" and assist in completing maintenance work. **What can we offer?** - When you join IDEXX, you will find yourself in a challenging but exciting environment where you are given the opportunity to be yourself, innovate, and grow.
