**About the Role** The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the planned and reactive facilities maintenance for the banks retail and commercial property portfolio across multiple states. This position is responsible for the delivery of the comprehensive management of the planned and reactive facilities maintenance for the BOQ retail and commercial property portfolio, including but not limited to the managing of service contracts, financial reporting, stake holder liaison along with ensuring WH&S compliance across the portfolio. The focus of the Regional Facilities Manager is continuous improvement and innovation to move towards best in class facilities management for the BOQ property portfolio with emphasis on ensuring a fully cohesive property delivery function. This position is responsible for the Emergency Management procedures for all commercial support centres within their portfolio and for the Risk Management across the retail and commercial portfolio. **About you** You will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, a strong drive to achieve best in class business and service outcomes. A positive "can do" attitude is a must. Consistently be innovative and forward thinking, working towards a proactive approach to all property related services with a view of adding value wherever possible.
