National Storage is a highly successful ASX200 company and was categorised as an ‘essential service’ providing ongoing job security and certainty for our people during the pandemic.
Our business has grown extensively and we are now looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Facilities Manager to manage a region of National Storage Sites.
What Does Success Look Like in this Role?
Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, the Regional Facilities Manager will provide Reactive and Proactive management with the Facilities Team. This will include:
Manage Reactive & Proactive maintenance
Manage projects from start through to completion
Provide the Operations Team with technical advice and support relating to facility management
Contractor Management - Ensure KPIs and Standards are high
Source Contractors and Suppliers
Undertake specific project work
Liaise with external contractors, suppliers and manufactures in respect of obtaining competitive quotes for the suppliers or repairs required to maintain assets in good working order
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Previous Facilities Management experience in a similar role
Experience in multiple site facilities/building maintenance
High level of knowledge of storage operating databases and systems (highly desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously
Reliable, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
