SIXT Australia is seeking a **permanent Full Time Customer Experience Agent** to join the team at **Fremantle**.

**Your main tasks overall will be**:

- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Selling additional over the counter rental products
- Managing vehicle reservations
- Grooming returned vehicles
- Recording vehicle damage
- Delivering vehicles between sites

**About you**:
You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a desire to provide exceptional customer service with an eagle eye for detail. The following skills and abilities are also required:

- Drive for exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid National Criminal History Check (if you don’t have a valid check currently, you will be required to complete one if you’re shortlisted).
- Experienced in driving commercial vehicles
