**As Import Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Managing air and sea freight requests, both inbound and outbound
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, depots, customers
- Responding to traffic enquiries (full container load)
- Entering and updating shipping information into the system (CargoWise)
- Compilation of rate requests, including the provision of advice to sales on margins and routing
- Liaison with overseas agents to ensure air imports are processed efficiently
- Customer Complaint resolution including, reporting complaints raised by Customers, Overseas offices and Agents to appropriate stakeholders within a timely manner
- Responding to requests from new and existing clients
- Managing job invoices and collecting monies prior to deliver
- Demonstrated experience in freight forwarding and logistics
- Demonstrated experience working with Aid & Sea Freight (Desired)
- Customer Service experience
- customer orientated
- CargoWise experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills

**Experience**:

- CargoWise: 2 years (preferred)
- Freight forwarding and logistics: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
