**The Organisation**:
TAFE institute recognised as Australia's leading provider of training for the foods, tourism, hospitality, and events industry sectors. The Institute aims to provide excellent vocational education and training services for industry, students, and government in Victoria, Australia, and internationally.

**The Role**:
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective, consistent, and reliable systems are in place to support the entire student lifecycle. Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone to all clients including providing advice on admission and enrolment procedures, fee information and payments, progression, graduation, and more.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of customer service both in person and via other communications tools
- Provide timely and professional student administration processes and operational support to the teaching delivery departments
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on the performance and progress of student administrative functions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course and program information to ensure consistency and accuracy of information to students

**Skills & Experience**:

- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with people from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proficiency with a range of software including MS Office, CRMS/student management systems, and payment systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and troubleshoot issues, working both independently and as an integral part of a high performing team
