We are an Australian security services company that provides sales and installation services across North & West Melbourne, not limited to the wider area. We are a rapidly growing security company that is looking to add members to our team.

Job Title: Sales Assistant

/ On-site (our office is located in Truganina, VIC)

We provide the latest electronic security products and services for residential and businesses. These services include alarm systems, CCTV, intercom, access control and home theater.

You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team with bunch of experience, latest technology, and expand your knowledge/skills. We pride ourselves on our high quality of workmanship, exceptional customer service, and working towards creating a safer community.

As a Sales Assistant, your work will consist of receiving calls, providing customer service for a new and past customer, invoicing, and giving a quote.

**What we are looking for**:

- Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- A well-presented, friendly & positive attitude to provide quality customer service.
- Willing to learn our products and services that we provide.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support our Sales Manager in receiving calls, giving a quote, and invoicing.
- Contact customers for quoting and invoicing.
- Pay attention to customers needs and give recommendation to provide customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with our product packages.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truganina, VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
