The Opportunity: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Rehabilitation Consultants to be part of our journey from the beginning. As a consultant with 365 Rehab, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence our growth and evolution while helping clients overcome their injuries and return to their pre-injury lives. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, working closely with stakeholders to create tailored rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients from assessment to return-to-work, using VINCI to enhance client outcomes.
• Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and other key assessments.
• Particular focus on Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, employers, insurers, and medical professionals.
• Develop SMART goals and rehabilitation strategies to overcome barriers to recovery and employment.
• Play an active role in case management, including attending medical case conferences and reporting key findings.
