**At Scope we Celebrate people** **Your new role**: Based at our Kingsgrove Packaging Factory and Head Office, the Business Unit Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of Scope’s packaging warehouse while enabling Scope's Supported Employees with a disability to contribute to large projects with some of Australia’s leading brands. - Manage packaging and labelling contracts for corporate customers while creating ongoing meaningful employment for people with a disability. - Provide leadership and support to staff and supported employees, fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. - Deliver high-quality packaging and labelling services for corporate customers, showcasing the capability of supported employees. - Oversee budgets, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth. - Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, community partners, and internal teams to support the long-term success of Scope.
