**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently seeking passionate sales consultants and trainees with exceptional customer service to join our lovely sales team at
**Paceway Mitsubishi **in
**Osborne Park.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Dealer Principal, the roles are primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to**:

- A genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

**About you**:
If you are a highly motivated - driven individual with exceptional customer service and a passion for finding a customer’s dream car, we want you

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate sales people or who have a customer service background are more than welcomed.

You will ideally possess:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be motivated and driven
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Sales Licence (highly regarded not essential)
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
