This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your change career and imbed yourself into change management on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
- You will be working within a small change team and have the opportunity to own change initiatives and make your mark across a broad digital transformation of work.

As one of the largest community and home care providers in Australia, you will be engaging with stakeholders located across the country in, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia.

The Change Analyst's role sits within a small, supportive change team led by a Change Manager and you will be working across projects spanning over the organisation’s digital transformation. You will have autonomy across several change activities and initiatives whilst also being a part of a collaborative environment.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Creating and developing change documentation and artifacts including; stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication plans, business readiness assessments and training needs analysis
- Coordinating assigned change activities to align with the project schedule and needs of the business
- Conducting training needs analyses, and collaborate with project team to ensure material design and delivery approach meets the needs of the program.
- Assisting to effectively implement key messages to the communication teams to ensure a coordinated communication approach across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting administrative tasks as required

**About you**:
This role may suitable for someone who has been ingrained in change initiatives for digital projects from a project support or business analysis perspective and is looking to grow their career in change management.
- Experience in a similar role with strong change management understanding and skills
- Passion for implementing positive change to a wide range of stakeholders influencing; technical, business and clinical
- A good understanding on change principles, change frameworks, tools and techniques
- Advanced communication skills including active listening, written and verbal
- An understanding of IT project delivery and the role change management plays
