What will your day look like?
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Accountability & Insights team including workflow/matter management
Coordinating matter reviews by the Accountability & Insights team, including engaging with relevant stakeholders, setting up transparent fact-finding sessions, and consolidating insights and findings from review of matters (e.g., case studies)
Supporting governance and other defined processes; reviewing and updating processes for the Accountability & Insights team where required in line with the governance framework
Engaging with relevant business areas to collate information (including details on matters referred) and diagnose capability gaps
Developing implementation plans for capability uplift solutions
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
Judgement, decision making and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of risk management systems
Business change management experience
Proven stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence outcomes
Business report writing experience, including clearly articulating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a way that is clear and actionable
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
