**Account Manager **to join our team.

You will have a strong background in business development, ideally in training or editing services. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to establish in client relationships and broadening existing client relationships through promoting new service opportunities.

You will bring:

- An enthusiastic approach to driving business growth and establishing new client relationships
- Experience in working with account development plans and sales pipelines
- A professional manner with a strong customer service focus
- fluent English, both spoken and written
- High competency in MS Office, CRM and system software, and digital literacy

Your background will allow you to succeed in:

- Nurturing and developing corporate accounts to achieve horizontal & vertical growth
- Proactively contact clients to drive growth within the SME & Large client base in accordance with the account plans you create.
- Prepare service quotes and draft contracts
- Close new growth business opportunities to meet annual targets
- Conducting market and competitor research, identifying tender opportunities and maintaining our tender register
- Seeking ways to add value to our client-business relationship
- Helping to build on our post-service client reporting to boost business
