**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Regency P team. In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transactions across our three divisions.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

- Accounts Receivable:_
- Maintain up-to-date billing system.
- Verify, create and maintain customer accounts within ERP system.
- Review customer balances and chase up payments from customers.
- Maintain/clear customer deposit accounts - reconciling monthly.
- Generate and send out invoices daily, and issue customer statements monthly.
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Sales Order Administration:_
- Release sales orders on hold.
- Process credit notes.
- Process sales transactions including sales and purchase orders.
- General Accounting Administration:_
- Assist with month-end closing.

**About You**

To be considered for this position you will ideally:

- Have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Be adaptable and enjoy a varied role.
- Have experience using Microsoft packages (Excel/Word)
- Have experience with Pronto or equivalent ERP system.
- Have outstanding communication skills.
- Previous experience working in mining / manufacturing industry (preferred).
