**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role is responsible for the administrative tasks within the Accounts Receivable function with a focus on managing customer relationships to ensure payment within terms..

Your new role will include:

- Overall management of customer relationships ensuring any issues are addressed within a timely manner
- Working closely with the Sales team to oversee the financial terms of customer accounts are being adhered to
- Processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Facilitating payments of invoices by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with producing daily and weekly financial reports
- Assessing account status and risk prior to the release of blocked sales orders
- Completing overview of debtor statements
- Managing payroll staff deductions by assigning receipts from payroll against employee invoices

**About you**

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who enjoys a fast paced and busy role.

To be successful in the role you will bring:

- Minimum of 2years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Proficient skills in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin is desirable.
