**Your new company**
Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this Government organisation plays a critical role supporting transport infrastructure projects across Victoria, boasting a Private Sector operating model who are seeking an L&D Manager to lead both operational and meaty strategic activities in a newly created role for 3 years.

**Your new role**
- Design capability frameworks and assessment to tailor development to users across the function, for best practice
- Develop, implement and lead L&D strategies across the division, including short
- and long-term roadmaps

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant leadership experience within Learning and Development environments
- Must be fully vaccinated, including a booster shot against COVID-19
