**Salary**: Grade 6 $127,467 - $170,579, commensurate with skills and experience

We are seeking a Learning and Capability Manager to provide specialised thought leadership to all levels, utilising data driven insights to inform decision making and drive capability development across the organisation.
About the role
As the Manager, Learning & Capability you will be agile in your approach, with an ability to influence and ensure learning initiative uplift capabilities, achieve ROI and meet strategic objectives.
**Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Provide specialist advice, consultancy and thought leadership to the design, development, and implementation of a suite of Enterprise Capability and Leadership programs.
- Oversee the management of learning platforms and tools, continuously looking at ways to uplift engagement and effectiveness.
- Develop a learning and development strategy and scope of work to support the organisation in reaching its strategic and operational objectives.
- Establish ongoing data collection to measure impact, effectiveness, and ROI of learning and development initiatives, and create insights which inform decision making and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the development of tailored programs to develop emerging and established leaders across the organisation.
About you
You will bring a demonstrated understanding of contemporary learning practices to the organisation that will enable you to introduce novel learning models and modes of delivery to enhance learner engagement and development.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to end Workplace Learner Experience and the design and implementation of Enterprise Capability and Leadership programs and initiatives.
- High-level of expertise in the management of learning tools and platforms, including the design and delivery of blended and digital learning solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary learning practices including micro learning, scenario-based eLearning, simulations, podcasts, video/animation, mobile design, experiential learning, games/gamification.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency producing complex correspondence, briefings, and drafting policy.
- Evidence of a collaborative and inclusive approach as a member of a high functioning leadership team, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a small high-performing team of learning specialists.
