Support the implementation and adoption of I.AM Amplified Program across Enterprise Finance. This is a critical role in a high priority regulatory program uplifting the management of Compliance & Operational Risk (C&OR) Framework and systems at ANZ through delivery of a new Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system and an enhanced C&OR framework. The changes are Enterprise-wide and impact all staff. As a Project Business Analyst, you will support Enterprise Finance to implement the proposed changes. The role will support a number of key adoption activities, including, but not limited to, data uplift, business readiness, change management, communications and data migration. This role will support Enterprise Finance’s adoption and implementation plan of the I.AM Amplified Program in conjunction with the Group Program, Risk & Compliance SMEs, then governing execution of the plan. This role also promotes the development of a strong, effective and enduring risk management culture within Enterprise Finance. Enterprise Finance business units encompass, Group Finance, Group Tax, CTT, Mergers & Acquisitions, Group Legal/CSO, Group Treasury, FSDI, Group Property, Group Procurement and Investor Relations.

What will your day look like

Supporting and coordinating Enterprise Finance, I.AM Program adoption, implementation and delivery in line with financial forecasts and expected resource profile
Support /lead risk, compliance and governance and oversight of the program ensuring that milestones and commitments are met in line with the agreed project plan
Change management governance, co-ordination and support for Enterprise Finance
Prepare and plan project status updates against key milestones, regulatory commitments, financial forecasts and expected resource profile to Enterprise Finance Working Group, Steering Committees and Risk Management Committee
Support project governance adoption and implementation responsibilities of the various Enterprise Finance Business Units
Work within and across the Enterprise Finance business units as well as Enterprise and other Divisions to ensure alignment and achievement of program objectives
Contribute to the enhancement of I.AM Risk Profile for Enterprise Finance
Assist Finance Head of Operational Risk and Compliance to establish project governance and develop a roadmap of uplift and change activities
Actively manage risks, issues and interdependencies to ensure program is delivered to plan
Adhere to established ANZ project management frameworks and governance
Support the Enterprise Finance Operational Risk (BG&C) governance leadership team to successfully implement key I.AM initiatives across the division (and all Business Units)
Work across multiple program streams including change management, business readiness and communications, data migration and system implementation
Drive efficiencies in operating model and rhythm
Contribute to best practice programme management and reporting
Drive and lead the ICARE values in day-to-day activities within the wider team
Create a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and skill-building
