**Your Impact**

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Change Manager to play a significant role in leading and guiding our business through multiple phases of change.

This role will be responsible for the successful execution of a comprehensive change program to support this large-scale business transformation initiative that impacts many parts of the Asahi Beverages business and includes a significant technology implementation. This role will see you leading a team of dedicated change resources and working collaboratively with key business partners to strategically deliver and support our people through transformational change.

**Key responsibilities**
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and deliver the Program Change Strategy and evaluate the impact and risks of planned changes.
- Lead a team of dedicated change managers, communication specialists, instructional designers, and training resources to effectively deliver the change and achieve program benefits, with mínimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate SAP technology adoption, minimise disruption to business operations.
- Ensuring change practices are employed by team members both effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate all change management activities using a structured toolkit and process.
- Support and coach senior leaders, managers, and project teams on change management best practices and tools

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience in Change leadership for SAP implementations and leading transformational organisational change initiatives
- Undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable
- Experience with digital products and processes in both development and operations.
- Proven applied experience in Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading cross functional teams in an Agile environment is preferred
- FMCG industry experience is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of both Change and Project management methodologies and delivery methods
