**About ElectraNet**:
ElectraNet builds, owns, operates, and maintains the South Australian high voltage transmission network that delivers electricity from generators to distributors and major load connected customers, enabling power to be supplied to homes, businesses, and communities.

**The Opportunity**:
The Procurement and Contracts Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all Indirect and Technology goods and services contracts at ElectraNet. This position will identify, develop, and execute acquisition strategies to assist in securing and delivering business outcomes. The Procurement and Contracts Manager will proactively provide advice to internal customers, establish end to end supply arrangements, manage commercial contract administration requirements including start up and close out of activities and variations, and will maintain corporate procurement policies, strategies and practices that deliver value for money.

The types of contracts you will be responsible for managing include but not limited to;
- General consultancy
- Labour hire
- Facilities
- Hardware
- Software
- Technology Vendor Contracts

**About You**:
To be successful in securing this position you will have experience in a similar Procurement or Contracts related position, ideally managing Technology or Indirect contracts, combined with a strong commercial understanding and approach to risk. You will be driven to identify improvement activities, have exceptional negotiation skills, with a natural ability to influence and resolve problems. This will be underpinned by a tertiary degree in either Business or Commerce and membership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
