- Support the renegotiation of the major contracts due for renewal.
- Deliver the required procurement documentation and ensure it is coordinated in a timely manner.
- Facilitate engagement to progress negotiations with stakeholders.
- Providing executive support to the wider procurement team when needed.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update contract records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

- Proven experience working with contracts.
- Experience within a government space.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
