Join a key South Australian Government department delivering critical ICT and telecommunications procurement projects. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to major technology initiatives across the state.

Your new role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will lead and manage complex procurement activities and implement robust contract management processes. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with government frameworks while driving value and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • CISCO Video Conferencing Procurement
  • Manage complex procurement for Proof of Concept (POC) commencing Nov/Dec 2025.
  • Oversee procurement for core replacement and annual support.
  • Develop processes for annual support and agency rebate invoicing.
  • Review existing contracts and establish KPIs.
  • Develop and implement annual contract management plans.
  • Provide regular contract performance reporting.
  • Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
  • Develop processes for annual licencing reviews.
  • Analyse telephone and internet contracts.
  • Assess applicability of Whole-of-Government TPG contract.
  • Undertake complex procurement for all telephony, mobile, and internet services by June 2026.
  • Develop and implement ongoing management processes.
  • General Procurement
  • Deliver procurements as per the contract register.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in complex ICT procurement within government or large organisations.

Strong understanding of contract management principles and KPIs.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timeframes.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
