Wacol, Australia Top Office Group Full time

A permanent part time (20 - 30 hours per week) Administration Officer position is currently available in Wacol. There is a level of flexibility with these hours and this position would be ideal for someone looking for school hours work.

As this organisation is not located near public transport, applicants will need to have their own reliable vehicle.

**Duties will include**:

- Reception - Meet and greet walk in customers
- Answering of phones
- Assist with accounts payable and invoicing processing (previous experience not required as on the job training will be provided)
- Answer account and basic product enquiries
- Perform reconciliation and manage freight accounts (on the job training will be provided)
- Photocopying, scanning
- Other administrative tasks as required

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Good personal presentation
- Well developed interpersonal communication skills
- A pleasant phone manner
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly within the workplace
- The ability to work as a member of a team
- Basic skills on MS Office (Word, Outlook)
- Sound keyboarding and data entry skills
- A good attitude and desire to develop administrative skills
