**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a **Mining Sales Administrator **to assist the Mining Sales department, by providing support and working together with the **Mining sales team** to ensure the administration tasks are completed in a timely and accurate process.

This role will be based at our Brisbane Corporate Support Office, located **Wacol**.

**Reporting to the National Sales Administration Manager - Mining you will be responsible for**:

- Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and Mining sales department and general administration tasks including Branch requests
- Source quotes and raise vendor purchase orders
- Managing tasks within the Dealer Management System (Dynamics)
- Ordering and management of promotional goods for the mining department
- Ordering, receipting and maintaining records / reports
- To be conversant with and take an active part in all Quality Procedures, SOX and Internal audit compliance for the Mining Sales departments.
- Support the national Mining Sales team with customer and product marketing activates.
- ** 12+ months of experience in Sales Administration**:

- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise workload with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external stakeholders
