Leading Company are seeking an Administration Officer to work in their back-office operations in their Darra Office. The role involves invoices, payroll reporting and raising of purchase orders.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Invoicing
- Generating reports
- Processing payroll
- Handle Customer Queries
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaise with internal parties - shared services etc
**About You**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator/Accounts officer
- A high degree of Customer Focus
- Experience in Payroll would be advantageous
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
- A quick learner with a “can do attitude”
- Strong Excel and Word Skills
