**The Company**
We are proud to be partnering with The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) who are Internationally recognised and responsible for staging two iconic international events each year, the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix in Phillip Island. Their fun and dynamic environment means AGPC employees are constantly surrounded by unique experiences and are now looking for a motivated, highly driven HR professional to join their team to partner with leaders to drive cultural transformation and support the delivery of key initiatives.
**The Role**
This newly created role will work closely with the Head of People, Culture and Capability (PC&C) to drive cultural change by overseeing the successful delivery of key action items resulting from the company surveys. Support the implementation of cultural initiatives and partner with the leaders in the business to understand challenges and enable solutions that will ensure the delivery of agreed action plans.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive cultural transformation change by supporting working groups to implement changes and oversee the delivery of agreed actions;
- Assist with problem-solving and providing solutions to enable teams to make progress to ensure they are following through with the delivery of quality outcomes;
- Support with implementing actions under the Gender equality action plan
- Identify opportunities for cultural improvement and develop suitable frameworks and implementation plans;
- Ensure cultural changes are successfully implemented and embedded in the Corporation through appropriate change management strategies;
- Work with employees to identify ineffective processes and contribute to new ideas and ways of working through continuous improvement activities.
**Skills and Experience**
You will have prior experience in the successful delivery of HR projects, and bring an understanding of the full employee lifecycle with a strength and appetite for change and improvement. You will be a natural problem solver, enjoy nurturing relationships and have a demonstrated ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Prior experience as a HR generalist or HR project management experience
- A track record for working on projects including partnering with leaders through cultural and organisational change.
- Prior experience implanting culture change initiatives, using change management tools and frameworks
- Enjoy building strong stakeholder connections and have a proven ability to push back and influence where required.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities
- A strong sense of teamwork, collaboration and demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge and practical understanding of contemporary Gender Equality and intersectionality practices.
