About the Role
Working collaboratively with the Suncorp Bank Business Banking team, Suncorp Bank Integration Program, Commercial value chain and enablement areas to articulate, influence and prioritise requirements and ensure solutions are delivered effectively.
Working with the Initiative Lead to deliver initiatives that will increase momentum, market share and customer value.
Ensuring delivery of the streams of work are executed in line with requirements and on time
To be successful in the role, you'll bring demonstrated in-depth understanding of the Commercial Division, momentum drivers and proven experience in driving delivery of the streams of work with a customer centric mindset and senior stakeholder engagement.

What will your day look like?
**As the Initiative Manager, you are accountable for**:
Joint planning with the Integration Program, ANZ Commercial business teams, enablement functions & Suncorp Bank, developing the critical paths for integration, strategic milestones and synergy capture.
Supporting the Initiative Lead in developing a best-in-class integration plan, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise strategy, integration program goals and design principles.
Supporting operational requirements to coordinate and execute the effective scheduling, rhythm and cadence of the Commercial Integration Portfolio including stakeholder meetings.
Preparation of Commercial integration execution plans
Delivering tasks and milestones in accordance with agreed delivery plans
Working with business stakeholders (ANZ, Suncorp Bank) to execute plans
Working with the Initiative Lead and business stakeholders to understand and define future state
Providing status updates to the Initiative Lead/Portfolio Lead
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Commercial banking exposure and understanding of key drivers preferred
Commercial cards, Commercial Deposits & / or Merchant experience highly valued
Financial services and banking experience
Experience documenting current state and target state including process maps.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management both internally and externally.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to problem solve and think quickly.
Working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment, support others towards a specific outcome.
Knowledge in Core Banking, Retail products, Commercial products and the broader business.
