To deliver on this proposition, Bridgestone are seeking an experienced UX Lead to join their dynamic team in a contract full-time capacity to enhance their customer’s digital experience across multiple brands.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Digital Solutions Manager, as the UX Lead you will be responsible for delivering multiple digital projects across Bridgestone and Lube Mobile. You will be a passionate customer advocate with a service and agile delivery mindset, to ensure a positive user experience across the brands digital platforms.

You will lead website rebuild projects where you will work closely with cross functional team members to develop digital experiences and oversee implementation of this rollout to the market. You will coordinate the delivery of digital enhancements which meets business requirements and manage internal and external relationships in this sector.

By undertaking research and designing user solutions you will implement intuitive experiences to improve engagement, strengthen brand, and drive conversion outcomes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A qualification in a related field
- Experience of Human Centred Design principles, usability and accessibility standards
- Ability to work collaboratively supporting members and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent skills using systems such as the Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Suite, CMS, wireframing, analytics and research tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a role developing digital user experiences resulting in positive business outcomes
- A curious nature
