**About the Role**

Fivecast is hiring a UX Designer to join our growing team as we innovate and expand our product. You will be an advocate for user needs and have a demonstrated ability in translating complex user needs into intuitive digital experiences. In this role, you will immediately contribute to shaping our software solution, enhancing our users’ experiences and driving the evolution of our product.

**In this role, you will**:

- Utilise a design approach that is based on data, research, analysis and strategy
- Take ownership of the UX and collaborate with product managers to design features end-to-end
- Produce detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design solutions to stakeholders and developers
- Conduct user research and usability testing, continually improving the UX of the product
- Evolve, refine, and document our design system and design processes
- Communicate your design choices and solutions with both internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
- Deep knowledge of current UX design strategies and processes
- Strong command of wire-framing/prototyping design tools e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and work both independently and collaboratively across interdisciplinary team
- Bachelor level degree

**Highly desirable**
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS and/or data analytics UX design and implementation; a portfolio that demonstrates these abilities.
- Experience in or knowledge of React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
