**A little bit about the role**

Based in Sydney, the role of the Broker Development Manager supports the state of New South Wales and is to be the key contact for a portfolio of new and existing broker to generate Home Loan growth.

The BDM is responsible for developing and executing a commercial call plan to build and deepen excellent relationships with the aggregator and brokers in your portfolio. You will be the primary account contact for a large aggregator with a core focus on growing market share by consistently delivering industry leading solutions and ensuring ongoing broker satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct regular visits with new and existing brokers, facilitating ongoing training of brokers of our service proposition.
- Ensure the Bank is well represented and promoted at state-based development events.
- Maintain a regular calling strategy to regional brokers to help extend our reach to more customers.
- Taking all steps in your role to enable our purpose - helping all Australians to own their own home.

**A little bit about you**
- A career Banker with extensive experience in banking/financial services.
- Relevant experience in a similar role in the industry, with strong broker and aggregator networks is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in all aspects of the residential home loans, with a strong understanding of credit assessment and customer scenarios.
- Demonstrated success in implementing structured call plans that deliver growth
