**Administrative Officer**

This large NSW Government Agency is seeking an experienced administrative officer for a temporary contract. This is an opportunity to work full time in the office for an inclusive and supportive organisation celebrating diversity.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Administrative services to support the needs of the team/unit
- Respond to multiple and complex enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Management of records and databases to ensure they are compliant and accurate
- Development and implementation of office systems to facilitate efficient unit operations
- Document and report preparation

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient understanding in the use of MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment
- Enthusiastic with an ability to plan and prioritise to meet competing demands and unforeseen issues
