**Position Summary**:
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated General Administration /Reception Officer with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. cessful applicant(s) will be expected to be able to provide administrative support within the haematology and medical oncology departments, allied health, senior nurses as well as front of house administration staff.
The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.

- Demonstrated experience in health care administrative support
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- High verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programmes such as Word, Excel and Medical Records, Medicare HPOS
- Demonstrated public relations skills
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and with limited supervision
