**About the role**
- ** Support IBD Patient Care** - Manage patient information, book and discharge clinic appointments, arrange interpreters, and assist patients with telehealth access.
- ** Coordinate Clinic Operations** - Oversee scheduling for gastroenterologists, nurses, dietitians and pharmacists, ensure billing eligibility, and maintain compliance with privacy and revenue procedures.
- ** Contribute to a High-Performing Team** - Help train new staff, participate in quality improvement activities, and assist with ongoing development of administrative services.
