The roleAs Application Manager you will play a significant role in driving and encouraging health and medical research and innovation, and its translation into better health outcomes across the Queensland healthcare system.
This will include triage and resolution of incidents and request, major incident management, problem management, product enhancement, change and release management, security management, risk management, knowledge management and supplier/vendor engagement coordination.

**The successful personYou will have**:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Queensland Health data collections, sources and data governance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activites and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment.
- Highly developed written and oral communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills including experience in stakeholder relationship management.
