This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Loan Processor**or **Broker Support Officer**to join a collaborative, client-first team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant loan solutions.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review loan structures and assist with borrowing capacity and valuation requests
- Liaise with lenders and manage escalations
- Maintain compliant and well-managed files and outstanding tasks
- Provide timely and accurate updates to brokers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

**What Success Looks Like**
- Timely, accurate loan submissions with mínimal rework
- Strong broker and client satisfaction
- Proactive communication and issue resolution
- Effective team collaboration and stakeholder support

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years’ experience in loan processing or para-broking
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Strong knowledge of residential lending products and lender policy
- Experience with loan origination systems and lender portals
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
