A boutique financial consultancy firm focused on providing High Net Wealth (HNW) client’s comprehensive coordinated advice is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join the team.

The business is located in a modern building based in the Sydney CBD. This position will require you to attend the office 5 day per week (it is not a work from home position).

**Your duties will include**:
1. Engage with clients about their financial position and borrowing capacity.

2. Explaining to the clients how you have come up with their borrowing capacity, the calculations that support this, the various lenders criteria and how you have selected the recommended lender.

3. Analysis of the clients financial status (eg. Tax returns, Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets) for individuals, companies, trusts and SMSF.

4. Review, provide and discuss with clients the different credit/loan products and options available to meet the clients goals and objectives.

5. Provide recommendations and how to structure the loans that are in the best interest of clients.

7. Maintaining client records to ensure high quality and consistent advice

8. Assist in maintaining high compliance standards in line with industry best practice

9. Managing audits and other administration tasks

10. Reconciliations of accounts and commissions

11. Liaising & co-ordinating with professional service and external stakeholders (e.g. Accountants, Lawyers, Real estate Agents, Stockbrokers, Banks etc)

**The person must possess the following**:
1. Strong understanding of compliance

2. Experienced in loan writing for complex advice structures for HNW clients

3. Knowledge of MyCRM software

4. An eye for detail and exceptional verbal & written communication skills

5. Must hold a degree in finance and have a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking & Finance

6. Can read & understand tax returns and accounts (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets) for individuals, companies, trusts and SMSF.

7. Have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in the industry performing the above duties.

- Monday to Friday
