About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Office & Processing Assistant to support our busy brokerage team.

This is an entry-level role combining general office administration with loan processing support. You will work closely with our managers and senior processors to handle daily office coordination, data entry, and basic back-end support tasks.

You don't need prior mortgage or finance experience — training will be provided by experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general office and administrative support, including scheduling, document filing, and coordinating daily operations.

Support the loan processing team with data entry, document preparation, and client information updates in our CRM systems.

Provide ad-hoc assistance to managers and senior staff — helping to take daily operational tasks off their plate.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and willing to learn new systems.

A positive, dependable team player who enjoys supporting others.
