**About the Role**
Ready to drive national sales performance and coach high-performing teams? Join us as a commercially minded Sales Operations Manager and help shape the future of our retail sales success. This pivotal role supports the performance of our national sales function through coaching, creating streamlined processes, system optimisation, and targeted sales enablement initiatives.
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Sales Managers and partner closely with dealership leaders to enhance frontline sales capability. You’ll be a key driver of continuous improvement, helping ensure our teams are empowered with the right tools, insights, and systems to succeed.
Reporting to the VP Retail Sales, this role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with regular interstate travel required to engage and support teams across our national dealership network.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of national sales processes.
- Design and report on KPIs to monitor sales team effectiveness and goal achievement.
- Provide actionable insights and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Champion CRM adoption and ensure data quality and system usage across the network.
- Develop and roll out sales enablement tools, onboarding resources, and training programs.
- Coach, mentor, and lead sales teams to deliver results and grow capability.
- Collaborate with dealership stakeholders to align initiatives and foster engagement.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven success in a sales operations or commercial management role.
- Experience coaching and leading teams to high performance.
- Background in B2B with retail sales alignment (desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting profitability and business growth.
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to engage stakeholders and clearly communicate insights.
- Confident communicator who brings clarity and influence at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Flexibility to travel interstate regularly.
