We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented **Client Intake Officer** to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive intake process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the intake process for new clients, including setting up their client files, guiding them through the service onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless transition into care.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services and the NDIS framework to both new and existing clients.
- Assist new clients in completing required documentation and gathering necessary information to ensure timely commencement of services.
- Support existing clients with their ongoing services, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring they are well-supported.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from intake to service delivery, fostering continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files while strictly adhering to confidentiality protocols and organisational guidelines.
- Identify and promptly escalate any concerns or challenges to the appropriate team members for resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a client-facing role within the NDIS, allied health, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models, and service agreements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centred approach.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using client management systems and standard office software.
- A positive and professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
