**About the Role**:
As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational leadership and management of Enable Exercise. Your role will be crucial in supporting our team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care to our NDIS, Agedcare and Medicare clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management & Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate our team of allied health professionals and administrative staff.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
- Develop and implement efficient rostering and workflow processes.
- **Practice Operations & Administration**:
- Manage all aspects of daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless client flow and service delivery.
- Implement and maintain robust policies, procedures, and quality systems.
- Oversee patient scheduling, record keeping, and information management, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage clinic facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- **NDIS & Medicare Expertise**:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NDIS funding, claiming, and compliance requirements.
- Manage Medicare billing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to MBS guidelines for allied health services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in NDIS and Medicare regulations and adapt practice processes accordingly.
- Support clients and their families in navigating NDIS plans and Medicare rebates.
- **Financial Management**:
- Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Contribute to budget development and monitor financial performance.
- Implement strategies to optimise financial efficiency and sustainability.
- **Client Experience & Relationship Management**:
- Ensure an exceptional client experience from initial contact through to ongoing care.
- Address client feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NDIS plan managers and other referrers.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including WHS, privacy, and professional standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
**About You**:
- Proven experience (minimum X years, e.g., 3-5 years) in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role within an allied health setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of NDIS operations, funding, and compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in Medicare billing for allied health services.
- Strong track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
- Exceptional organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external parties.
- Proficiency in practice management software and relevant IT systems.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Practice Management are highly regarded.
