As an NDIS Support Worker with Care to Heal, you will:

- Provide personal care and support for daily activities.
- Encourage community participation and social engagement.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties.
- Implement and follow personalised care plans.
- Foster a safe, positive environment for clients.
- Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance.
- Collaborate with our team to create an inclusive and welcoming space.
- **Requirements**:_
To join our team, you must have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance
- **Desirable**: Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work)
