Our Client is a leading supplier of office essentials, furniture, safety equipment and IT solutions.

Right now they are looking for **Customer Service consultants** to join their team based at Mascot, NSW to provide support on a range of enquiries to both external customers and the internal sales team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Look for ways to improve the customer experience
- Deliver a first call resolution where possible
- Manage customer complaints
- Participate in learning sessions to learn new skills and processes

**About you**:

- Identify as Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander
- Experience in customer service and/or sales or new to customer service who are keen to learn and grow
- Enthusiastic team player
- Computer skills
- As the successful applicant you will ideally have previous Customer Service experience. Your strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude will see you excel in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start a career with a market leader._

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
