**About the job**

We are looking for an Owners Corporation Manager passionate about what they do, who can jump right in & take on a portfolio.

You will have dedicated support for all maintenance, finance & admin duties - literally, all

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance, management & support to Owners Corporations as required
- Prepare, attend & facilitate general meetings, committee meetings & welcome meetings
- Meet with customers on a regular basis to provide an update/overview of how their Owners Corporations are functioning
- Previous experience in an OC role is ideal, but not essential.
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Solid organisation & time management skills
