**The Role**
The Sales Support Administrator position plays a vital role in the Sales Department, and we are looking for an Administrator Superstar who will be responsible for carrying out activities that support the Sales Team in the achievement of sales targets. The role is based in our head office in Somerton.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Management of leads and sales enquiries
- Preparing and updating quotes and processing sales orders in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner
- Building rapport with existing and new customers
- Producing sales reports & participate in weekly team meetings
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
- Providing administration support to sales team

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills & experience**:

- Exceptional customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Good time management, planning and organisation skills
- A professional who shows a positive attitude towards sales and has the drive to work towards and exceed company targets
- Ability to read and interpret Construction Plans, preferred but not essential
- Ability to do basic math's
- Computer Literate and intermediate skill level of Microsoft Suite, G Suite
