Junior Sales Trader / Broker

Trade View is a leading algorithmic trading and technology firm. We help traders worldwide design and manage their own systematic strategies through our proprietary platform, Trade View X. We also host the world-renowned Algo Trading Conference, which brings some of the world's best traders to Melbourne each year.

With exciting new AI-driven platform updates, we're expanding our team and are looking for Junior Sales Traders to join us.

About the Role

This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in financial services.

As a Junior Sales Trader, you will:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries.

  • Speak with prospective clients, gather key details, and record them in our CRM.

  • Connect qualified prospects with Senior Sales Traders.

  • Assist with post-sale support including account openings, KYC, and deposits.

  • Build and manage prospect lists to ensure no lead is missed.

This is a structured career pathway. With training, milestones, and mentoring, you'll develop the skills to progress into a Senior Sales Trader role.



Requirements What We're Looking For
  • Energetic and ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Resilience to handle high call volumes.
  • Genuine interest in trading, finance, or financial services.
  • Previous client-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not essential — full training provided.
